What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our CTO, he's awesome and we only use open source software which means my skills are always useful
The come from a programming background and understand my needs
Always available and focused on making the company a great place to work at.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The insurance and 401k matching are great
Really high end health plan
They pay right around market value, so no complaints
Very competitive salary and great family healthcare.
The salary was fair market and benefits are pretty progressive. The best part if the health insurance package, which was quite surprising. The life insurance plan is pretty good as well.

What are some of the best things about your team?
THey are smarter than I am. That's important!
Everyone is highly skilled and motivated
Very down to earth easy going people makes it easy to work in a professional environment and still have a little bit of fun at the same time.
Everyone cares about putting out great products. (team effort) Professional folks.
Very talented, technical, personable coworkers - great culture!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They care about their workers and gave us a ton of vacation!
They really get remote work culture
I love the fact that we work remotely. The environment is laid back, but we also move very fast. Everyone is here to make a difference
Most people are upbeat and are positive about the work they do. Everyone motivates each other to be better.
We view ourselves as experts and treat each other as such. Teamwork and camaraderie is valued.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Very responsive to my questions
I liked the quick responses early on and the flexibility to schedule the interviews around my schedule.
Quick decision and offer. Wish there was slightly better communication through the process.

What makes you most happy at work?
Making a difference in healthcare
The ability to do what I love to do and contribute to something bigger than just a product. I also like the people I work with so that makes going to work fun and worthwhile.
I love doing what I love to do. Not everyone gets to do what they love for work, so I feel blessed in that sense.
Coworkers, interesting projects, challenging clients, autonomy and ability to make creative and technical decisions
Being empowered to work independently.
