What makes you most happy at work?
Making a difference in healthcare
The ability to do what I love to do and contribute to something bigger than just a product. I also like the people I work with so that makes going to work fun and worthwhile.
I love doing what I love to do. Not everyone gets to do what they love for work, so I feel blessed in that sense.
Coworkers, interesting projects, challenging clients, autonomy and ability to make creative and technical decisions
Being empowered to work independently.
The projects are dynamic and challenging, but also incredibly rewarding. What we build makes a difference to our users, and that makes getting to work exciting. Having good teammates and people to talk and laugh with also makes it fun. One of the best experiences I've have by far.
