Transparency of the leadership team I interviewed with was like a breath of fresh air. They shared the great stuff along with the opportunities for improvement.
The best part of the interview process was that I interviewed with everyone on the team. Interviewing not only the managers, but also people in the same position I was applying for gave me a real sense that everyone opinion is treated as equal regardless of Job title.
Interviews were conducted in multiple layers: Users, related department(s), HR, country leads. All gave a picture of the company's culture and habits, which showed a lot of passion for the works being done + it's not all about work but also life.
