What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone works together well to ensure the proper care of our residents
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication with all staff. Miscommunication is the biggest issue
They often seem to have no concern for staff protection and rights.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Life insurance and health plan
Benefits like health insurance, vision and dental
I make the most I’ve ever made here, plus the benefits are really nice

Everyone works together well for the residents
Everyone is really pretty great bout coming together to problem solve. Most of them are always ready and willing to lend a hand
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Nothing is ever followed through when rhey state the need to enforce new rules or procedures
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no drama everyone is laid back
The teamwork is amazing, everyone gets along

I like how everything went relatively fast
My prior DON was amazing (Lisa Robinson) and made me feel extremely comfotable
It was very direct, and the interviewers had great attitudes

Seeing how my residents talk and respond to me
Being able to do what I love - take care of people.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management needs to learn to communicate with staff efficiently and enforce the new policies pr procedures that they say they are going to.
