More transparency and honesty from the top. Less favoritism from the top. Genuine interest in the work from the top that is not wrapped in self ego.

A friendly and supportive team. They value their work and want to become better at it. The leadership team is killing the interest of junior scientist that have huge potential in the field for their own ego.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be more transparent with their more junior employees. Their actions seem to based on purely their own self interest. They don't follow their own company stated values. The lack of respect for their junior employees is very demoralizing.
