Executives are highly approachable and we believe in the mission for oncology patients

The team is aligned toward the mission and everyone tries to help eachother out in a way I have not seen in previous companies
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership has a thoughtfulness and open-door policy that is somewhat rare in the industry. They are genuine, helpful, focused on our mission, and thoroughly invested in our personal growth.... which makes me want to work harder for the company!
