Organization and commitment to their goals and to their work staff.

The pay is terrible and they make you do things that are not on your job description.

They are totally lazy and not very helpful to new staff.

Pay better and stop asking staff to perform duties that were not on the job description when hired.

Quicker response time, waited too long so I was unsure as to what to do.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bad management, and lazy staff. The parent company needs to overhaul the whole organization.
