What do you like best about the leadership team?
"feel good" communication but not completely convinced they are in tune to the employees.
I have the most AMAZING manager that listens to the opinions of those in non-manager positions. She is definitely someone you can go to with your questions, and is VERY helpful.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening attentively to employed suggestions
Communication with the team on daily tasks.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our medical and dental is very goog
In my opinion, the pay is good. Haven't had a raise in years though
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay structure for certain departments is unfair, paying a low 'base' salary with the balance of the compensation as a bonus. Certain benefits are based on the base salary calculations not the true monies earned.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great direct managers, however corporate has too much control
My whole team is older and they seem to work better than the younger generation
My team members are great! We all work together very well, and it's easy to find someone to cover your work when you are out of the office. Positive vibes.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Voicing their opinions to management instead of behind their back.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Direct managers are what keep many of us here
They have a lot of company sponsored theme days
Everybody holds a positive attitude, however, everybody also worries about their job position being cut due to past layoffs.

The ability to work form home
Getting my work done without to much hassle from other employees
