What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is hardworking, respectful, and fun.
We are both competitive and helpful to one another every day
Good, smart people with a mix of talents and attitudes
Everyone is friendly and willing to help each other out.
Sharing experiences with each other so we can learn from each other. We all help each other out when needed.
This team is pretty awesome. Very few times in my life I've felt like the team is up to the challenge, but the data team is way above my expectations. From the newest people to the oldest team member, the data team rocks!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Collaborative, respectful, easy going, fun, and hard working.
People need to take more ownership of their work instead of blaming or pushing Work to others or other teams.
Everyone behaves exactly as they are comfortable behaving, which includes a lot of (inaccurate) judgment. Few people go beyond their comfort zone. Doesn't seem like that will change.
My team is the primary reason I work for SessionM.
