Interaction outside of their dept. Often if I go to other dept heads I am ignored with what I need to do my job.
It doesn't seem like people are paid equally for the work they do.
Don't feel I'm heard when addressing concerns on role/compensation.
Collaborative, respectful, easy going, fun, and hard working.
People need to take more ownership of their work instead of blaming or pushing Work to others or other teams.
Everyone behaves exactly as they are comfortable behaving, which includes a lot of (inaccurate) judgment. Few people go beyond their comfort zone. Doesn't seem like that will change.
My team is the primary reason I work for SessionM.
Honestly? Start over. The culture right now is a symptom of chaos, not an actual force in its own right.
Transparency. Honesty. Accountability. Some managers are in office less than 40% of the week.

Feel a little stagnant at times, but not always.
There is not enough feedback and management proved to employees so the same people do all of the work and others coast by unnoticed.
