Overall I would say that this is the worst company that you can ever work for, Trust me on this. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE EMPLOYEES, If they tell you they do, dont buy into it. This company is nothing but an on going joke and makes one wonder how many people they will kill

let operators and the union conduct the interviews instead of someone in another state doing it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
SHell oil needs to be Disolved the higher up need to be removed and the company taken over by another company. The Currrent leadership is a joke and could care less about the safety of its employees
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
SHell Oil could care less about people and planet like they preach to the world. They talk safety but if safety gets in the way of profit then safety goes out the window. If they tell you otherwise dont believe them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
This company preaches Safety to everyone but could really care less. If you work for them and are injured at work then know that you will lose your Job because SHELL OIL has no loyalty to any employees. Add to that Selling the refinery and screw all the employees who were set to retire.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
IF the company showed any kind of loyalty to the people that work for them and keep them going, We spend more then half of our lives working for this company at all hours of the day and night, Even give up vacations because an emergency and they still screw you in the long run.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team of Operators were the best around and we all got along well together by helping eachother out when it is needed. Thats a team, SHELL OIL now is another story they are not a team and only believe in money, They talk safety every day unless it gets in the way of making money.
