What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock, and annual performance incentive. Worst part is no annual review process
Stock option and overtime oppurtunities
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid less than new hires who do less than 1/4 of the work i do
What are some of the best things about your team?
As a somewhat new department, we are making things work and keep positive and willing to work hard and resolve issues.
