How's the vacation policy at Shiftgig?
I wish there was a vacation policy. Have not had a vacation in the 3 years I have been working for Shiftgig.

Culture of empowerment and collaboration, and recognition in the form of publicly congratulating and "shouting out" achievements.

Updating & curating our public image and branding. It's impossible to explain what we do, and we don't have a consistent brand image/voice.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation at Shiftgig?

I'm paid under market value - a $5-10k base salary raise would make a big difference.
What makes you most happy at Shiftgig?
The freedom to try new things and be trusted to work how I know works best for me. Inane processes are minimal.
