What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are easy to speak with and easy to reach.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
More and better communication with their employees.
Updating & curating our public image and branding. It's impossible to explain what we do, and we don't have a consistent brand image/voice.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its the most I ever got compensated in my entire life.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work for a temp agency that keeps more than 50% of the workers salary.
I'm paid under market value - a $5-10k base salary raise would make a big difference.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are relatable and easy to engage with
Collaborative and agile - everyone works hard and goes out of their way to help others.
We understand each other because were all work for the same company that takes advantage of the workers. So we can relate to one another.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees make it easier to come in to work.
Culture of empowerment and collaboration, and recognition in the form of publicly congratulating and "shouting out" achievements.

The interview process became a lot easier since I applied. New workers do not know much.

What makes you most happy at work?
I like the option in having the choice of whether I want to participate or not.
The freedom to try new things and be trusted to work how I know works best for me. Inane processes are minimal.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More money for the work we do. How is it the agency keeps more money from the companies that hire us than we get.
