Executive Bio

Mr. Warren Jay Potter, also known as Jay, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Shiloh Industries, Inc. since December 16, 2015. Mr. Potter has nearly 30 years of experience in finance and accounting, operations management, risk management and business development and expansion. He has held several senior financial leadership roles in a cross-section of industries including automotive, aerospace, building products and technology enabled services. During his career, he has played a key role in business expansion and M&A. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc., from September 10, 2012 to August 24, 2015. Immediately prior to his employment with Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Mr. Potter held various financial leadership roles with Masco Corporation, a provider of building supplies, construction materials and contractor services for new home and industrial construction, commencing in 2002 through 2010, where he then became the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of Masco Cabinetry. He has also served in financial leadership roles for premier corporations including EFW Inc., St. Jude Medical and AlliedSignal. He is a Certified Public Accountant and earned the Six Sigma Green Belt designation. Mr. Potter holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University.
