They dont have any money to fix things like the dies an presses keep them updated an they dont take action when a person falls cause they want wright it up or take u to there Dr. Or put it under workercomp ,pour training, make u do ur job an everybody else ,an dont go by osha's ways

A lot of work hard, play hard type of individuals. Team/company successes are often celebrated whether its a pizza party or a couple drinks. First place I've ever worked where, positive attitudes are contagious (usually the opposite).

Shiloh has went through management re-structuring over the past few years and I can honestly say that there is a very solid executive leadership team at this point in time. They are all very dedicated and also not afraid to check in with the working class to ensure issues are addressed.

Dont let the job go to his or her head in the company an train people the right way in the company

Everyone needs to work together

Very open and honest with each other. Also very willing to help each other out on a day off or a topic that we need to learn. All around, quite good interactions.

All executives and directors seem to keep a very positive and upbeat attitude and it trickles down to everyone else. (if the boss is happy, everyone is happy)

The interviewers were very personable and did not just ask textbook questions from HR.

Taking on new projects/challenges while knowing that there is a good infrastructure and development process to work within. Also knowing that there is ample training and peers to help when I need it.
