What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best things about our teams is that they are small and everyone interacts with each other. The teams are supportive of each other as well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The fact that my hiring manager interviewed me along with a co-worker and the final interview was with the COO and the President of the organization. It was an exceptional interview.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy at work is seeing the CORE VALUES painted on the wall. The S-stands for Strategic and Visionary, the H-Have Fun, the I-Integrity, the N-Nimble and Adaptable, and finally the E-Everyone Wins Together. That's what makes me happy every single day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a very cool corporate office where we have a half basketball court, a gym with showers, a fun and exciting environment, Sonic-type ice, fountain drinks, large refrigerators, 2 microwaves, a stove and 2 ovens. Plus, the majority of the desks are open and inviting.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have an extremely affordable medical plan that utilized the Mercy Hospital system where doctors care. The vision and dental insurance are both great. The best part is the relationship that we have with our insurance provider. They listen 100% plus prescriptions are $1/month. That's awesome!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is 100% involved in the day-to-day business and most days, you see both the CEO and the President being present and making decisions that affect the growth of the organization. Plus, their offices are just on the other side of the half basketball court (yes, we have one).
