My overall experience at Shine Solar is "exceptional". This company is just over 5 years old and has grown from a $1 million dollar company to over $50 million. The company has over 225 employees and growing strong in Utah, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Tennessee. The work environment is one of fun!

Success is the goal. You are given the time and the tools to be successful at Shine.

They believe in training up

The leadership team is 100% involved in the day-to-day business and most days, you see both the CEO and the President being present and making decisions that affect the growth of the organization. Plus, their offices are just on the other side of the half basketball court (yes, we have one).

We are paid on time

We have an extremely affordable medical plan that utilized the Mercy Hospital system where doctors care. The vision and dental insurance are both great. The best part is the relationship that we have with our insurance provider. They listen 100% plus prescriptions are $1/month. That's awesome!

The best thing about our team is that we are so much more than that. We push each other and do anything we can to help you reach your goals. We are a family.

We rock at what we do

Some of the best things about our teams is that they are small and everyone interacts with each other. The teams are supportive of each other as well.

Whatever we do, we do it together. We win together, we lose together, and thats what allows us to have the best culture out there.

It's like working at Google

We have a very cool corporate office where we have a half basketball court, a gym with showers, a fun and exciting environment, Sonic-type ice, fountain drinks, large refrigerators, 2 microwaves, a stove and 2 ovens. Plus, the majority of the desks are open and inviting.

Knowing I could get a job at such a great company

The fact that the hiring manager took time to interview me with a co-worker plus the COO and the President of the organization. It was a special experience.
