  • Returns can take up to 2 weeks from the time we receive the item in house. Meaning it can take up to two weeks for you to get that gift card or refund issued. We issue all refunds and gift cards on Monday's and Friday's(Holiday's excluded.)

    Once we release the funds from our system, your hard earned money is in the hands of the banks of corporate America. Hit your bank up and give them the 3rd degree to find out where your dough is. If youre unable to track your money down, contact us so we can lend a hand.

    Accounts must be activated by email, so when you create the account you need to be sure you activate it.

    If you don't see it in your inbox please check your spam folder.

    Otherwise, you'll be writing an email to us saying, "I get your stupid emails, why can't I log in?" or "This is a scam, I cannot get into my account!"

This way, when it gets back here to us, it'll be refunded since you would have already bought the replacement to get to you faster.

If you haven't already, sign up to get an email notification so when we do get them back in stock, you're alerted right away. To sign up, look for the "EMAIL ME" on the product page.     If the package has already shipped, meaning a label has been created, then you would be responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to make the change.

    If the order is returned to sender, we'll refund it to the original payment method.

    Generally, your best choice to get the item to you the fastest is reordering, using the correct shipping address.

    We will not cover a reship for an order that is delivered to an incorrect shipping address, so be sure you're not fat fingering in your addy.

  • When ordering any one of our super rad jackets, you always have the option to add pants or not. A lot of our suits come as a full suit so the pant option is listed, however some people just like the no pants dance, and for that reason we have added a "No Pants" option.

    After you select the size of your jacket, you'll have to "Select Waist Size" and when you click this drop down box you should see the option for "No Pants". If you do not see it right away try scrolling down within the size box. Sometimes it is at the very bottom.

    Free exchanges and returns for all US orders! In order for a return to be good to go, theyve gotta meet the following:

    Merchandise must be postmarked within 60 days of it arriving to our warehouse

    Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered

    Merchandise must have all tags, including Shinesty hangtags attached

    All suit returns must include the original suit box in its original condition, without labels.

    Exchanges: We offer free exchanges for all orders placed and shipped within the US. Exchanges can take up to 2 weeks to be processed and resent, including shipping times. Note: If you need something faster, we recommend placing a new order and processing the exchange as a return instead. Click the button to the right to get started.

    Swimwear: You can currently return swimwear for store credit. If youre returning swimwear, here are some extra guidelines:

    Swimwear must be unworn, unaltered, and have their hygienic liner intact (where applicable)

    Exchanging Bikinis: You can exchange sizes of tops or bottom

    Returning Bikinis: both top and bottom of the same bikini must be returned for it to be refunded

    Returning a Gift: All gift orders returned are refunded in store credit. Well issue a Shinesty credit for the amount of the returned item(s), or we can credit the purchasers original form of payment. Hit us up here for more details.

  • Dont worry, your hard-earned credit is still good here. The most common errors we see are:

    The CVV (three digit code on the back of your card) is incorrect: Move your fingers out of the way and make sure you typed it correctly.

    The billing zip code you entered does not match the billing zip code on the card:You live in Cali, but your card's billing address is in Idaho. Use the address where you got the card in the mail.

    Your bank is confused: If you rarely use your card to buy unique stuff like ours, then your bank may be wondering what the hell is going on, and holding the transaction because they think someone jacked your shit. Call the bank and tell them to slow their rolls, and that it's you trying to make the transaction. Once they lift the hold, give 'er another go, eh?

    Either way, we built some care instructions for all working types to help prevent wears and tears. Printed on the back of your Ball Hammock Boxers are care instructions. Because you're probably wearing them right now, and to prevent you from putting your face in direct proximity to where your ass has been, we blew up the care instructions here for you:

    Following these care instructions will help prevent some commonly associated symptoms like holes appearing in your underwear after one or two washes, or piling of the internal linings.

    You know how girls have that favorite shirt that they never dry? Think of our boxers as your new favorite item that needs (and deserves) a little more TLC than the rest. I mean these babies are a hybrid of two amazing fabrics. When I looked on the internet for MicroModal care I found helpful hints on Microfiber and Modal materials:

    DO NOT USE FABRIC SOFTENER AS IT DEGRADES THE MATERIAL CAUSING RIPS!!!!

    Microfiber:

    Usually comprised of nylon, polyamide and spandex, microfiber fabrics are silky soft, stretchy and quick drying, making the need for a dryer unnecessary.How to Wash:Wash in cold to warm water on a very basic cycle (or permanent press, if available).How to Dry:Since a too-hot dryer can actually melt the synthetic fabrics, we recommend air-dry only, and in the shade.

    Modal, bamboo and other natural fibers:

    Natural fibers like modal and bamboo are known for their ultra soft textures, but washing on too harsh a cycle can cause lint pills to develop.How to Wash:Separate lights from darks, and wash separately. Machine wash in cold to warm water, preferably on the delicates cycle, anddon'tuse bleach or fabric softener.How to Dry:Air dry in the shade. If youre in a hurry, tumble dry on the lowest heat setting and remove as soon asthey'redry.
