How employees describe working at ShipStation
I was lured in under the false pretense that this would be a healthy environment and had lots of room for growth. Six months later I find out that everyone is absolutely terrified of speaking up for themselves. The management it’s absolutely horrid. Support is treated like trash constant
Terrible customer service. Nothing but the run around with answers. Critical issues aren't being resolved in a timely manner.
