Not lying to your support team. Stop overloading them with work. The expectations are absolutely unreasonable. Actually give your employees admin time instead of a 15 minute block twice a day to work on multiple tickets.

On an individual basis, my coworkers are great. But it is still a toxic environment with middle-management and upper management
