What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not lying to your support team. Stop overloading them with work. The expectations are absolutely unreasonable. Actually give your employees admin time instead of a 15 minute block twice a day to work on multiple tickets.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay your employees more, treat your support staff with respect, actually train us properly, and actually give us time to do our jobs

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Communication. Actually communicate between departments and don’t launch anything without warning other departments. And there needs to be an overhaul on training for support. People are absolutely riddled with anxiety over the lack of traini
