Jeffrey N. Fink — Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Shoe Carnival

Mr. Jeffrey N. Fink, also known as Jeff, serves as Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Shoe Carnival, Inc. since October 12, 2015. Mr. Fink served as Vice President of Real Estate at La-Z-Boy Incorporated since March 9, 2015. Mr. Fink joined La-Z-Boy from Jo-Ann Stores, LLC, where he served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Lease Administration., since November 17, 2003. He over 27 years of experience in the real estate industry focusing on footwear and specialty retail. Mr. Fink served as a Vice President of Real Estate at Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. on November 17, 2003. Most recently, Mr. Fink served as Vice President of real estate at United Retail Group, where he was responsible for the entire real estate and lease administration functions for Jo-Ann Stores Inc.'s Avenue division. While there, he and his team opened 140 stores and completed 23 remodeling projects over the last four years. He worked to renegotiate leases, rent reductions and early terminations to save costs while improving internal and vendor relationships. Earlier, Mr. Fink was Vice President of real estate with Party City Corporation. Prior to that, he spent 14 years with the Brown Group, Inc., holding a variety of positions with progressive experience, culminating as Vice President of real estate for their Famous Footwear division. Mr. Fink attended the University of Louisville in Louisville, Ky.
