More equitable comp ans reasonable spread between c-level And base roles

Shopify is now a fully remote company, yet the developers are still getting paid a slightly above average pay for developers in Canada. Now that office perks are gone, salary should be increased to balance compensation and stay competitive. Shopify wants to be FAANG, but FAANG pays ~1.5x more.
