I like to see people who report to me grow into managers or seasoned engineers.

The work day ends at 5. If I talk to people after normal hours it's because we're friends.

My boss generally seems to be willing to address issues I have that prevent my team from being treated fairly
What did you like most about the interview process?
While it takes a long time, having multiple people involved, from multiple disciplines reduces the chance of bias or a single poor interview from ending a candidates chances.
