- What would you improve about your company's interview process?my experience was very drawn out, I was doing majority of following up and when i did reach out, it seemed like a surprise, like they forgot something. Ive also recommended some excellent people who had a same experience and Shopmonkey missed out some top tier people
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?I hear from the CEO of our company more than the leaders of the sales team. Other than our all hands meeting, which is once a month, we do not hear from our department leaders. We are lacking direction, we are lacking guidance, we are lacking leadership.
