This has been the best company I've ever worked for. The leadership truly cares, not just for the company, but for the people in the company, the market they serve, and their community.

Shopmonkey values culture over winning. Although there is money in the bank we need to prioritize hitting goals so that next round of funding has a positive outcome. It seems like some folks are enjoying the ride as opposed to creating our own destiny

My experience has been okay. I think there needs to be more accountability within shopmonkey and less finger pointing. In my opinion, some employees are here for the paycheck and thats it.

I trust and know that the leadership team works hard to balance the right thing for the business, the right thing for the employees and the right thing for our customers. There's aways been a good amount of transparency from leadership.

I hear from the CEO of our company more than the leaders of the sales team. Other than our all hands meeting, which is once a month, we do not hear from our department leaders. We are lacking direction, we are lacking guidance, we are lacking leadership.

The most positive thing about the culture at Shopmonkey is that hard work is recognized. Employees are celebrated and given room to grow.

The Recruiter was hands down the best one I have every worked with. In addition, they kept me up to date along the whole process as to where we were and what the next steps were.

The transparency and genuine nature of the interviewers.

The interviewers I spoke with were very low-pressure, friendly and positive. They spoke well about the company and were encouraging to me personally.

my experience was very drawn out, I was doing majority of following up and when i did reach out, it seemed like a surprise, like they forgot something. Ive also recommended some excellent people who had a same experience and Shopmonkey missed out some top tier people
