I hear from the CEO of our company more than the leaders of the sales team. Other than our all hands meeting, which is once a month, we do not hear from our department leaders. We are lacking direction, we are lacking guidance, we are lacking leadership.

The Recruiter was hands down the best one I have every worked with. In addition, they kept me up to date along the whole process as to where we were and what the next steps were.
