I trust and know that the leadership team works hard to balance the right thing for the business, the right thing for the employees and the right thing for our customers. There's aways been a good amount of transparency from leadership.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I hear from the CEO of our company more than the leaders of the sales team. Other than our all hands meeting, which is once a month, we do not hear from our department leaders. We are lacking direction, we are lacking guidance, we are lacking leadership.
