If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at ShopRunner?
Upper management needs to figure out what the heck their product is and embrace good design – not just corporate partnerships – as a way forward.
How does ShopRunner make decisions around promotions?
Somebody in sales decides they want it yesterday without consulting anybody else and without much thought to execution or whether their idea actually makes sense. Then design and engineering is given marching orders and expected to crank out a new-ish tacked on addition to an already inferior product – no questions asked...
