The comp plan is not strong and the equity and benefits are weak

My team was excellent but rest of the company is very mediocre at best

Everything, no accountability and rewards mediocrity. Sales management is woefully inexperienced and ineffective

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything. Company has made very bad decisions and is not positioned effectively to last long term. Competition much better at direction
