What are some of the best things about your team?
Good people earnestly trying to turn this sinking ship around.
That they stick it out despite the madness alongside me.
Those who could not or would not leave face a common enemy--our management and so we find ways to stick together and help each other where our executive team will not.
The on the ground teams are actually great and a lot of fun and friendly people at first. But time there makes folks bitter and resentful and uninspired. People are burnt out and when it becomes about collecting a paycheck when you are overworked, people contribute less and it makes work difficult
Despite the incompetence of the executive team, the rank and file are wonderful to work with.

things are too siloed and no one talks to eachother.
I shouldn't blame them, but the place has no soul and therefore, no one really connects. No one is having fun and I don't mean ping pong table fun, I mean occasionally enjoying their colleagues and/or the work they are doing.
Coworkers are fine...they are in the same boat.
