Energetic and Open. Being positive even in adverse conditions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration. Lot of us have strong opinions based on our experience. But when it comes to the team, we respect each other's opinion and evaluate them objectively.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The annual compensation. There was no negotiation. I wanted to join Sibros and the leadership team believed that I can do great work at Sibros. There was synergy even before I had the offer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team respects your knowledge and experience. If you are relevant to the problem at hand, you have equal voice in making the decisions. The important decisions are made as a group and once the decision is made, the entire group adheres to it. It's a great culture !!!
What did you like most about the interview process?
The company wants to know you as a person, your family, interests, likes and dislikes etc. On the onsite, you get to talk to the key leaders in the company. By the end of the interview, you pretty much get a complete picture of the company and the company knows you as well. The decision is easy !!!
