So far, my experience at Sidecar has been amazing! The people, the culture, the work, the process, the workflow - everything is aligned to my career goals. It's exciting to work with such an amazing group of professionals and grow with the company into a digitally-focused future!
My overall experience is a positive one. All the teams are helpful and collaborative with one another. If someone has a special skill or talent, other teams utilize them and it allows the company as a whole to come to a better solution. I am appreciated by my team and my company.
