Lots of vacation time. Insurance is good

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the types of task Im able to accomplish they are not paying me enough
Needs to be brought up to industry standards.
Health insurance coverage is a joke.
To be paid in accordance with the level of work being carried out

Some coworkers are very passionate, but others don't seem to care about the work

Accountability, training, respect for each other
Standardation, better training, hire people qualified for the position
