For the types of task Im able to accomplish they are not paying me enough

Raise tbe bar, be accountable, learn new skills
Some coworkers are very passionate, but others don't seem to care about the work

Accountability, training, respect for each other
Standardation, better training, hire people qualified for the position
The company needs to listen to the employees and their customers.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Make the hiring manager have more input into who is hired and fired and take it out of the hands of HR.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It is moving too slow, although the work is very meaningful
