Clear communication and steady strategic direction.
Focused, constructive, challenging. A bit far from the issues the company faces but get involved when needed

401k matching and health benifeits
Commission plans need to be simplified
Salary and work schedule flexibility.
Good salary compared with other companies
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At least to match comoensation woth current market inflation
Titles are lowered to keep salaries low. People should be paid on impact to the business.
pay is not upto market
We have a competitive salary scales but usually the team is positioned at the bottom of the scale. There is also a belief that we should rather let go an existing employee who wants an increase vs hiring a new one who will be offered more

Creative individuals who love working together to work on things bigger than themselves!

Good boss helpful teammates and learning
That I am given the respect and expectation to get things done independently. No micro-managing. The people with whom I work. The products are fun as well.
