CEO interviews almost every candidate. Culture fit is taken seriously. Consistent direct answers. No hidden surprises behind the curtain after joining.
I liked the real world scenario they incorporated into it to test our skills beyond just answering questions. It was easy to do, but yet a creative way to filter thru other candidates.
