What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leasership is accessible and listens to the staff. They are open to change and improvement and are right there in the trenches with us.
The open door policy. They are all very transparent about what is going on and are more than willing to answer any question.
They are super open, approachable and all care deeply about our employees.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
They are realistic about todays market and needs. They had no qualms about paying fair market value.
Great package overall but has to be the unlimited vacation!
We have unlimited vacation days.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Have real advancement opportunities. Staff with 4 years experience still have same job titles, for example. Overall feeling the company is cheap.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My colleagues are intelligent, professional, kind, fun, and quick to give accolades. They are also jeen to learn and learn from me.
They are some of the brightest people I have ever met.
Everyone is so willing to pitch in and help out.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly and challenging at the same time
The culture feels laid back, but not st the expense of professionalism or skills. We all work hard but smart. We seek out nee skills to stay on top of our trade and industry. It's collaborative and dynamic as the platform changes at lightning speed. Peolle are nice to each other.
Silverline is currently a place where we work hard but we also play hard. Great work is always rewarded!

It was quick and I spoke with people who were on my level. They understood my skill, field, value add, and knowledgebase.

Things get done the right way, people and cliebts are set up for success, and the company supports us as needed.
Working with an incredible team and knowing that learning is praised.
