What did you like most about the interview process?It was quick and I spoke with people who were on my level. They understood my skill, field, value add, and knowledgebase.
What makes you most happy at work?Things get done the right way, people and cliebts are set up for success, and the company supports us as needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Have real advancement opportunities. Staff with 4 years experience still have same job titles, for example. Overall feeling the company is cheap.
