Literally anybody could get hired

Not taken into account even for a second, ever. Simon is terrible, they have a set wage that will NOT change unless all stores are gifted the rasie. Whats the point of doing better than the worst store then.

The outside setting , building need pressure wash , paint and landscaping herendous , lack of management , vendors upset ar the look of the mall . Affects business sales. Years it looks awful no care in the world poor management.

Annual salary increases are an insult. Compensation is low and attracting new talent is difficult.
