iT'S GREAT WORKING AT SIMON PROPERTY GROUP

Not taken into account even for a second, ever. Simon is terrible, they have a set wage that will NOT change unless all stores are gifted the rasie. Whats the point of doing better than the worst store then.

Over worked, underpaid. My stress is at s level 10. And our situation is falling on deaf ears daily.

I love to work at Simon

Did not get paid. Management does not care or try to help.

I mean, it was fair

Inflation is happening but were not being compensated with a raise. However our corporatw counterparts revieved a 3 dollar raise over a year ago.

Annual salary increases are an insult. Compensation is low and attracting new talent is difficult.

My labor has been cut, forcing me to do the jobs of multiple departments and staff. My raise last year was 1 percent after I had been promised 6 percent.

I worked my schedule shifts and was on time. They did not turn time in because they said he was busy so I did not get paid on payday. When I asked about it, he said I would get it at sum point

We all work well together. No one is demeaning and there is no drama within our staff

Management outside of C-level tries their best within this culture of fear and resistance to change

Focusing on a team environment is the best. We act more as a family than co-workers

Stop cutting paiid holidays. We need more people.

Literally anybody could get hired

Discussion style interviews. Managers knew what the job entailed.

They were supportive after I had a difficult run with a bad company

Improve management by some sort of training so they can hear what employee's are saying

Get with the times, treat contractors/temps/professional hourly employees like everyone else
