What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Simpli.fi is transparent and they place employee satisfaction as a top priority.
Leadership overall seems to be attentive to most needs of workers, and helps to keep a fairly relaxed work environment.
no egos (well, one). But 100% competence. They work as hard as they ask us to

Cash out unused PTO and affordable health benefits.

Company has become generic profit driven and doesn't pass on it's success much to its employees.
The pay isn’t great. Wish it was more dynamic instead,

positive, no-b.s. environment. Collaborative and not dog-eat-dog.
They are so smart, forward thinking and supportive.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We get free, catered breakfast on Tuesdays, free lunch on Wednesdays, and donuts on Thursdays.
