The response time. If there's a question it is resolved by the end of day if not within minutes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working from home allows for me to create my own environment, which I do enjoy. When we do go in the office (once a week) everyone is friendly and there's always food to make you feel comfortable.
