I did not look into it much, but there are several places in my hometown that do not accept the insurance. With it being a remote company and people based throughout the US we should have better coverage to local areas.

Stock options are tightly limited, hard to feel like I participate in the success of the company.

The group is very collaborative, team-oriented, helpful, positive, encouraging, and innovative.
Great people, great minds, highly productive, interesting to interact with.
As a remote-first company, they do a nice job of balancing efficient work with building and maintaining team relationships.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coworkers and managers are willing to help, teach and keep everyone in the loop as best as they can. They also do a lot of the tech work, and therefore, are very understanding.

The interview process is a bit slow but the people I met with were all knowledgeable and made me excited to work here.

It was very thorough, including connections with many different stakeholders in a series of initial conversations that evolved into more formal interviews. The time & intention they put into my interview process reflected on how much they care about the right fit and also assured that from my end!
