I've worked here for almost 4 years and the company is remote first. Because we are remote first significant efforts are made to encourage employee engagement with each other, as well as quarterly town hall meetings via Teams. Each department also schedules in-person meetings.

Leadership is approachable and there's a strong focus on teamwork, flexibility, and improvement.

We have great beenfits and pay aligned to the current market.

The best part about my compensation package is the flexible time off and competitive pay. The flexibility allows for a healthy work-life balance, and the compensation reflects the value placed on employees and their contributions.

Our health insurance is very good and we have a Health Savings Account option.

The benifit package is limitied and expensive.

Stock options are tightly limited, hard to feel like I participate in the success of the company.
