The in-house recruitment and HR team handles the process and it goes smoothly with good communication.

Brian did a great job of communicating with me through the process and explaining the progress.
Brian was great at communicating the interview's progress and working with the leadership team to get all the interviews scheduled within a reasonable timeframe.
I did not have to go through rounds and rounds of interviews. If the direct manager approves then that carries more weight.
I appreciated how smooth and efficient the process was, especially the quick turnaround and clear communication throughout
I was asked substantive questions about my work that related to the job. However, the interview process has been significantly changed since I interviewed, so this comment may not be useful.

The interview process appeard inefficient. I had many short interviews and little was organized anout the discussions.
