Efforts are made to facilitate communication. There are quarterly company meetings via teams and in person meetings every other year.
Awesome co-workers who take care of each other and enjoy what they do. I would describe the culture as positive, collaborative, and flexible.
Coworkers and managers are willing to help, teach and keep everyone in the loop as best as they can. They also do a lot of the tech work, and therefore, are very understanding.
