What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team and expecially my own supervisor are very supportive and encouraging.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are comprehensive and competitive. Bonuses are based on individual, group, and company performance. Stock options have been very valuable over time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of the environment is that the company is driven by science and engineering, and scientists and engineers generally enjoy their work, with minimal drama.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet many people and learn about many aspects of the company. The people I met were interested in me and my stories, and really wanted to find a good fit.
What makes you most happy at work?
That we are doing high-quality, socially beneficial work, but especially that it is leveraged. Our products and services are used throughout the industry and by regulatory agencies. There would be pride in creating one drug, but I am most pleased that we contribute to many drugs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team looks out for each other, making sure we each get our work done, helping each other as needed, and wanting each of us to have a good day. We know that the customer's experience and impression of the company depend on each of us individually and as a team.
