What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help clients investigate their compound/treatment, which ultimately helps patients' lives. Using simulations, we can save patients, and animals from unnecessary pain, which therefore saves companies money during drug development.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is collaborative, and encouraging. There is a strong sense of "team": we succeed together; so everyone is ready and willing to help when/where necessary. At the same time, specific credit is frequently given to folks when projects/tasks are completed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team encourages a healthy work-life balance, which they themselves practice; this means I don't feel guilty if I have to suddenly step away to pick up my sick kid from school. The leadership team also works hard to listen to employees and give plenty of opportunities for feedback.
