The leadership team attends business unit meetings and is definitely engaged. You feel comfortable bringing your best self to work at SLP.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody has a can-do attitude and is willing to jump in and do work and roll their sleeves up with you. I've never heard somebody say well that's not my job.
What makes you most happy at work?
I can work hard throughout the day, but because I don't have a commute, I can do my exercise in the morning or get outside in the morning, which makes me healthy and happy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is a good package and I have no complaints in a down economy. There's always a notion of I could be paid more, but the benefits in the autonomy that SLP provides cannot be understated.
