I get to do my job and go home. I am not micromanaged!

Most of them have a sense of humor and makes the bad times more bearable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent and say it like it is. They do not hide what is going on with the company, so we are always informed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was not targeted selection questions - We had a normal conversation and I was able to answer their questions about my past experience and how I would fit in with the group.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I did not look into it much, but there are several places in my hometown that do not accept the insurance. With it being a remote company and people based throughout the US we should have better coverage to local areas.
